Each day is approximately 4 hours of work.
Hours that work is done are flexible as long as work is completed on the days listed.
All equipment and chemicals are provided.
This is a 1099 position.
Duties - Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a clean and safe environment - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors -Police grounds removing any trash -Replace Light Fixtures - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow established safety procedures and protocols Experience - Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred - Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures - Familiarity with floor care techniques - Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently As a Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our facility.
