MUST be local to Anne Arundel County (Edgewater/Riva MD ideal).
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple rental properties (multi family, office, luxury waterfront properties) On call 24/7 to be able to respond to guests/renters Host short-term rentals (Airbnb & VRBO) May work remotely but will have to perform work at the luxury rentals after each checkout (For example checking chemicals on the hot tubs, walking the grounds, doing a survey of how the guest left the property etc.
) In charge of managing cleaner's schedules and submitting hours to accounting Advertise/Manage social media content Making sure properties are stocked with needed supplies Manage the P&L of the properties and oversee budgeting Oversee tenant applications, showings, screenings, and evictions Enforcing lease terms, monitoring rent collection Coordinating maintenance and repairs, hiring sub-contractors/vetting prices Prepare units in between renters, filling vacancies in a timely manner Keep efficient records - detail oriented, organized Create guest experience manuals to enhance the consumer experience Year-end bonus awarded based on performance of the properties and reviews
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with various property management software and sites (FurnishedFinder, Apartments.
com, Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
) - Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts Job Type:
